Weinhof Tangl

The Tangl vineyard is located in the historic town center of Tarrenz at about 800 meters above sea level. Since 2005, the Tangl family has been dedicated to viticulture, focusing on the Pinot Noir variety, which occupies three-quarters of the vineyard area. The interplay of sunny days and cool nights in the Gurgltal creates ideal conditions for the ripening of the grapes.

Edgar Tangl combines traditional methods with modern cellar techniques to produce high-quality wines. His Pinot Noir was awarded at the Tyrol Wine Festival in 2016. The vineyard also offers wine tastings, where visitors have the opportunity to taste the wines and learn more about winemaking in the region.
