Drischlsteig

The starting point for this hike is the exit at the 2nd section of the Imster Bergbahnen cable car. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the Adlerhorst before setting off. Now follow the narrow Drischlsteig trail, which is easy and mostly downhill. Please note that this path is only suitable for hikers with a head for heights and sure-footedness. Along the way, you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature to the full. Once you pass the picturesque waterfall, your first destination is the Muttekopfhütte. This invites you to take a short break in the midst of a fantastic mountain backdrop. Well fortified, the trail now continues downhill towards the Latschenhütte. From there, take the mystical Jägersteig trail to the Untermarkter Alm. Use the middle station of the mountain railroad as the end point of your hike or continue on your way to discover more scenic beauty.
