The Sinnesgatter is a beautiful viewpoint that you should not miss. From the parking lot by the small chapel, you hike northwards up to the pilgrimage church Sinnesbrunn at 1,520 meters. From there, you follow the main path in a wide left curve around the ridge of Sinneseck. Soon, you will reach a large meadow with a signpost. From here, you continue north, slightly uphill, past the mountain rescue hut. From there, it takes only about five more minutes until you reach the Sinnesgatter at 1,671 meters. The path takes you over a gravel and forest trail that is easy to walk. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a wide view: you can see the Fernsteinsee, the Zugspitze, and the impressive Mieminger chain. Take your time, enjoy the view, and feel the tranquility of the mountains. The Sinnesgatter is a special place to fully enjoy nature.
