Section 2a: Kronburg - Imsterberg

After refreshments at the Barmherzige Schwestern (Sisters of Mercy) on the Kronburg, the trail leads through the impressive Kronburg Tobel. Follow the path further to Obsaurs. The little church of St. Vigil with its Roman tower invites you to linger. Continue along a meadow path uphill towards Langesberg until you reach the entrance to the Risselbach Gorge.  Via an idyllic path the hiker crosses the Risselbach. Across Imsterberg meadows and fields, past a forest playground through the district of Endfeld, you walk to Imsterberg. The Lechtal Alps lie majestically on the opposite side.
