Trail running, Walking & Orienteering

Orienteering is a sport that involves hiking and/or running combined with mental exercise. Using a map and compass participants have to find specific points in the forest. The location of the control points are marked on the map (small circles with numbers or letters). The

objective is to find all the points in the correct order and, under competition conditions, to do so as quickly as possible, The map offers various different routes - blue, red and black - and, when time is irrelevant, participants can tackle the sport at their own pace.
