Information

Fantastic hut via ferrata with a long rope bridge. The hut sits on a rock pedestal. If you climb up from Boden, the rock walls of this pedestal build up at the high valley end, through which the via ferratas lead in two variants.
The via ferratas offer several variants, suitable for every level of ability. The easy via ferrata ends at the helicopter landing pad, right next to the hut. From the top of the power station you can easily reach the hut via a hiking trail.

Closed in winter!

Arrival

From Imst over the Hahntennjoch (keep in mind: closed in winter and during heavy rainfalls) until Boden, a small village on the Lechtal side of the Hahntennjoch. Or from Reutte into the Lechtal until Elmen and drive up to the Hahntennjoch until Boden. Parking space to the left behind the houses.
Ascent: The shortest access is from Boden. You follow the forest path until the bottom station of the material ropeway, then along the path until blow the walls before the hut. The entry point is located in close proximity to the hut. To the entry point - not signposted at the moment - you go over the southern ascent (when coming from the valley to the left). At the serpentines close to the wall you can see the steel rope.
