Information

The rock towers are located at the north-northeast ridge of the Muttekopf which leads from the Scharnitzsattel up to the summit. All belays are equipped with bolts. Nevertheless, you should bring mobile security devices for better securing with you.

In Spring the climb can be combined with a ski tour to the Muttekopf or the Scharnitzkopf.

The routes were established and first climbed in 2012 and 2013 by the Feistl family.

Arrival

1. from the Hahntennjoch on the path towards the Scharnitzsattel. At the beginning of the insurances leave the path to the right. After about 20 metres you reach the start of the route "Frühlingstreiben". (written in blue)
Duration: 45 to 60 minutes.

2. from the Muttekopf hut over the Scharnitz saddle. Descend from the saddle to the end of the insurances and then as above along the foot of the wall to the entrances.
Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours.
