After a short time, you will reach the Schützen memorial cross, where you will then enter the snow-covered forest via the narrow "old mountain pine path". Now it's time to head uphill - the trail has a few surprises in store for you, be it the wonderful views here and there or the legendary Sprisselstein. Climb further up and enjoy a fantastic view over snow-covered alpine meadows, while the imposing Muttekopf towers majestically before you. The beauty of the wintry mountain landscape will fascinate you. Finally, you reach the rustic mountain hut, nestled in the snow-covered mountains. The smoke from the chimney, the cozy atmosphere and perhaps a hot cup of tea invite you to linger. Before you make your way back, enjoy one last view of the breathtaking landscape you have traversed on your snowshoe hike.
