Alpine Hut Taxi
This summer, Tuesday and Friday, the alpine hut taxis in the Outdoorregion Imst and the Pitztal Alpine Bus will take you closer to mountain huts and popular starting points for hikes. This leaves you more time to enjoy scenic trails, local refreshments and relaxing moments in the mountains. Ideal for families, groups and anyone who wants to plan their day’s hiking in comfort.
Imst Alpine Hut Taxi
- Binding registration by Monday at 3.00 pm via info@imst.at or +43 5412 6910
- Cost per journey per person: €15.00 (children born in 2020 or earlier)
- Payment is made directly to the taxi driver (cash only)
- Minimum number of participants: 3 people
- Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and kept in the boot, and must be registered

2nd route: from the Karröster Alm to the car park and on to Imst town centre.
Walking time (descent): approx. 2 hours
Total distance: 7.4 km
Elevation gain (downhill): approx. 850 m
Elevation gain (uphill): approx. 180 m
