Roppener Waalweg

This hike starts at Palmersbachweg. After just a few minutes' walk, you reach the so-called Monekreuz. The view that awaits you there will make your heart beat faster. The snow on the meadows sparkles like millions of diamonds. Shortly afterwards, you pass a small section of forest before continuing on the seemingly endless meadow. In the next section of forest you pass, it becomes dark. Here you will find the remains of a wall from long ago. These stones are evidence of the old execution site of Imst.
