If terms like drops and flowlines mean nothing to you and "rock garden" makes you think of your neighbour's unkempt garden, we'll be happy to help you out! Because the indoor bike park is not only a unique playground for pros, but also a perfect practice area for anyone who wants to become one.

The 1,000 square metre pump park (XXL pump track) is a specially designed circuit consisting of a combination of waves, bends and jumps. Indoors, the asphalt course looks like a grey lunar landscape with red markings. Nice! There is also an extra pump track for children (aged 6 and over). Where does the name come from? Instead of pedalling, you try to build up speed and use the flow of the track by shifting your weight, known as "pumping".

The jumpline in the indoor bike park with the two roll-ins
A flowline is a specially designed track characterised by flowing curves, gentle waves and a steady gradient. It offers a particularly dynamic and fun riding experience, focussing on a harmonious "flow", i.e. a smooth and rhythmic ride.
The Jumpline is a ski jump for bikers where you can jump upwards and practise tricks. There are two roll-ins (jumps) for advanced and professional riders. After the jump, you land safely in a huge "landing bag" (jump cushion).

The skills area is a specially designed practice area where you can improve your riding technique and skills. There you will find various obstacles and elements, such as balance beams, waves, small drops, banked turns, stone fields and wooden bridges. The elements are laid out in different levels of difficulty so that beginners and advanced riders alike will get their money's worth.
Here we translate the three most important terms for you - after all, we're not just going "cycling":
Shredding. This involves riding down a slope as fast as possible. You build up a lot of speed to master the trail with dynamism. Shredding gives you an extra adrenaline rush.
Dropping. You jump off an edge with your bike. The jump can be tiny, just 20 centimetres off the ground, or several metres deep. When dropping, you have to be brave and practise landing safely so as not to lose your flow.
Jibbing. This is a kind of playful "dance" with the course. You use all the obstacles and apply creative skills to overcome hills, dips and obstacles. Jibbing is pure fun and always opens up new possibilities on every trail.
