Wine Meets Scenic View – Day of Indulgence at UAlm
As late summer wraps itself in golden light and nature gradually transitions into autumn, it's time for indulgence again at the UAlm in Hoch-Imst: On Sunday, September 21, 2025, the Alm transforms from 12 PM onwards into a meeting point for wine lovers and all those seeking something special.
Seven winemakers from Austria, South Tyrol, and Argentina will bring around 50 different wines to the mountain – making the wine festival at UAlm a tasteful experience with a view. From fruity Grüner Veltliner to elegant terroir wines from the Wachau and robust reds from Mittelburgenland – there is much to discover, taste, and enjoy. The selection ranges from well-known names like Wineries Hardegg, Eder, Reumann, Hundsdorfer, and Mad Leithaberg to the internationally renowned Finca Perdriel from Argentina and the Psenner Distillery, which brings exquisite spirits from South Tyrol.
The focus is on wine – accompanied by conversations, encounters, and the special atmosphere that only a mountain hut combined with honest craftsmanship and high-quality enjoyment can create.
Tickets are available for €19.90 (excluding mountain ride) directly at UAlm or at Imst Tourism. For those who want to try their luck, 2x2 tickets will also be raffled at Imst Tourism and in the Rundschau.
A day on the mountain, a glass in hand, and autumn at its most beautiful: The wine festival at UAlm is not a loud spectacle – but a fine, relaxed gathering for all who love wine and alpine enjoyment.
