Barney Silberman runs a fish restaurant, has been married for 23 years, and is in the midst of a full-blown midlife crisis. To give his life new momentum, he plans discreet romantic adventures: he quickly transforms his mother's apartment into an improvised love nest. But what was meant to be an exciting affair turns into a series of hilariously failed seduction attempts, where one thing becomes clear: Barney might be the absolute worst of fiery lovers.
