Cabaret about a life that never goes as planned – but is still damn funny. Between the pressure of expectations and self-discovery, between village child and stage star.
Almost 30, no children, no terraced house – but a girlfriend, a three-legged cat, and plenty to talk about: In her show "So Far," Teresa Reichl guides the audience through her life, from roast pork to oat milk latte, graduation and therapy sessions, between village-child charm and big-city reality.
The German cabaret artist, podcaster, and poetry slam artist talks about growing up without an instruction manual, about depression with punchlines, about love – and the stress of actually finding it. Teresa Reichl is honest, loud, tender, and quite funny. An evening for anyone who wants to know how to stumble through life without a plan – and still find their way.
Teresa Reichl comes from Haunersdorf in Lower Bavaria ("Yes, it really exists.") and has been regularly on stage since her first poetry slam in Regensburg in 2015 – now around 100 times a year. In 2016, she became the Bavarian U20 Poetry Slam Champion, winning over audiences and judges with her wit, poise, and depth. In 2025, Reichl received the German Kleinkunst Prize.
In addition to performances throughout the German-speaking world, she gives workshops for young people, was very present on social media during the pandemic – and is now also at home on TV, radio, and podcasts. Her topics: literature, feminism, life – and how to survive it.
