Jubiläumsausstellung „TRUG % BILDER“ Gebhard Schatz

On the occasion of his 75th birthday, the Tyrolean artist and idea smith Gebhard Schatz invites you to the anniversary exhibition “TRUG % BILDER” at Johannesplatz 8 in Imst. The exhibition provides insight into more than 44 years of artistic creation and connects images, sounds, and words on three levels.

Under the slogan “APPLY THE ARTS – Apply the Arts!”, Gebhard Schatz understands art not only as something to observe but also as an invitation to think along and co-create. His works deal, among other things, with nature and human rights.

For the opening, Eva-Maria Schatz will provide musical accompaniment, Vice Mayor Thomas Schatz will deliver the welcoming words, and Saba-Maria Schatz will contribute personally with "My Papa". Gebhard Schatz himself will speak about the content and value of art.

Afterwards, visitors are invited to engage in conversation with each other and with the artist about current art topics, to discuss, and to actively contribute.
