We invite you to a special evening. Experience our brewery in the historic building and enjoy our variety of beers in the medieval knight's hall. As a special highlight, several lucky draw winners will have the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of our master brewers: During the so-called "Zwickeln," you will tap a sample of the hazy & unfiltered beer directly from the tanks, while during "Stacheln," you will enhance your beer. A truly "beery" opportunity.

Beer stacheling is a traditional Austrian custom where a red-hot iron is dipped into cold beer. This caramelizes the residual sugars, creates creamy foam, and makes the beer milder in taste with reduced carbonation.
