Welcome to Tyrol. 
Our Homebase is for adults and the young at heart. 

Our homebase likes to be a little different. That's how we match the diverse needs of our guests. A casual to-hide-away that puts you in a good mood. With a refreshingly grounded and unaffected design. Tidy, minimalistic and pure.


Highlights and facilities:

We do have everything you need for that holiday feeling. There ist plenty of space to hang out. Feelfree to do everything or nothing. We have very cool local restaurants nearby. Or simply check out the local farmers markets with a variety of Austrian products. The Area 47, Austria's largest outdoor leisure park or the Alpine Coaster, the longest Alpine roller coaster in the world are just around the corner. With the Imst Card, you also get lots of great experiences on top.

Theoretically, all that's needed is you!

Conditions

Checkin: Starting from 3:00pm you will be able to get in your apartment. Please note:the check-in method is going to be a self-checkin. That way you are 100% flexible.
Checkout: You can chill until 10:00 am.

The prices do not include the one-time cleaning fee and local tourist tax.
Bed linen,towels and parking are also included in the price.

Please keep in mine, we are a homebase for adults aged 18 and over.

Arrival

It's quite simple:

1. Parking: Once you arrived, you will be able to see the parking lot as well as the signs, which will lead you in the correct direction. You are free to park wherever there is a free spot. You are more than welcome to bring your bikes.

2. Entrance: One day before arrival you will get our codes to the main entrance and the appartement. So you are flexible anytime.
