il nido – the nest in the Tyrolean mountains. Our newly built, two-storey holiday apartment combines modern living comfort with a genuine alpine lifestyle. Plenty of space, natural materials such as wood from our forests, organic textiles, our own PV system, a roof terrace and a small balcony invite you to take a deep breath and enjoy yourself. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room with sleeping gallery (we like to call it a mountain loft) offers extra space to relax. Two bedrooms, two WCs, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a small sauna complete the holiday feeling. Wi-Fi, an e-charging station and parking spaces are of course included. il nido is your retreat between 850 and 2,500 metres above sea level – surrounded by nature, but with style.

Bookings can be made directly by email. We would be delighted if you booked directly with us, as this allows us to clarify any questions and discuss your wishes and ideas.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Final cleaning is included. Wi-Fi, parking and use of the sauna are free of charge. We have a charging station for cars.

Nassereith is located on the sunny side of the Fern Pass and is easily accessible from all directions:
It is approximately 132 km from Munich, 172 km from Bolzano, 247 km from Zurich and 261 km from Stuttgart.
Il nido is also easily accessible by train: the nearest station is Imst-Pitztal (approx. 16 km away), another option is Garmisch-Partenkirchen (approx. 42 km).
