Our holiday apartment is in a modern passive house. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. It is on a quiet estate with only a private road (no through traffic). Nevertheless it is within walking distance of the village centre. It has its own patio with access to the garden and putting green. We can also offer you a socket to charge your electrically powered car and we offer you cellar space to securely store your bikes or skis. In addition to the extra-wide double bed made of stone-pine, there is also a sofa-bed in the living area, which sleeps 2. We are also within an easy reach of castles, swimming lakes and Swarowski. There is a bus to Innsbruck every hour, taking an hour. We have several restaurants, a baker and a supermarket in the village.
