Such as skiing, climbing, via ferrata, hiking, ice climbing and cross-country skiing. Skiing and tobogganing:
- 7 minutes by car to the nearest ski area Hochimst (also toboggan run)
- 15 minutes by car to the Hoch Ötz ski area
- 15 minutes by car to the Feldringalm toboggan run
Climbing:
-15 minutes by foot from the house to the climbing garden in Karres
10 minutes by car to the family-friendly climbing garden in Ötz
15 minutes by car to the climbing garden, via ferrata and multi-pitch routes in Haiming (Geierwand)
-7 minutes by car to the Muttekopf alpine climbing area
Hiking:
Hikes can be started right from the front door or in many very nearby hiking areas.
Paragliding:
There are hike-and-fly opportunities around the house. There are official launch sites in Hoch Imst and Hoch Ötz.
