Our apartment is located on an elevation of 844 m above sea level where we are pampered by the sun all year round, in a very quiet yet central location. Lidl, Hofer, DM, Bipa and the FMZ shopping center can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

All well-known ski areas are between 10 km and 60 km away from us: Solden is approx. 55 km away, Ischgl 45 km, Hochoetz 24 km, St. Anton 40 km, Hochzeiger 20 km, Venetberg cable cars 10 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis approx.35 km.

 If the snow conditions permit, you can also hike from the accommodation with the touring skis over our meadows to the Venet (1994m). You can also go on beautiful hikes through the snowy landscape. We also offer the Imst Card for our guests where there are many discounts for the whole family.
