Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the surrounding ski areas (e. g. : Jerzens, IMST, Venetbahnen, ISCHGL, FISS - LADIS - SERFAUS) between 18 and 40 minutes driving time.

Sporting leisure activities KLETTERHALLE IMST, ice skating, tennis courts with driving times between 10 and 20 minutes reachable.

Our house itself is located on the mountain in a quiet and idyllic location.
Shopping by car: 5 minutes.
The costs of the apartment as well as the final cleaning are to be paid upon arrival.

We would like to point out that in special weather conditions sometimes snow chains may be required, a transfer from the valley floor to the holiday apartment would be possible if necessary.
