We offer you a cozy home for your best time of the year.
Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location surrounded by a large play and sunbathing lawn, the children`s swing, he trampoline and the table tennis invite you to the pastime for young and old.
A comfortably furnished 70 m2 apartement with balcony can be found on the fisrt floor of our house.
Free parking and w-lan are available, as well as bed linen, towels, tea towels, hairdryer.
There are many romantic pastures, wild streams and attractions to explore in the area.
For mountain bikers, hiking enthusiasts, but also people who are looking for peace and quiet, we are particularly convinient.
Winter sports ethusiasts can reach the family-friendly surrounding ski centers ,,Hoch Imst, Hoch Zeiger, Venetbahn, Hoch Ötz" as well as glacier ski areas ,,Sölden, Pitz valley and Kaunertal" in the shortest time.

Local tax must be paid on site. A final cleaning and/or deposit may be charged additionally, depending on the agreement. Please inquire in advance directly with the host about check-in/check-out and house rules (smoking, pets, children, quiet hours).

Please note that you can only use the austrian motorway with vignette. Available a border crossing and petrol stations.
Toll free travel via the longdistance pass ( Fernpass) is possible.
