Villa P24

Our accommodation Villa P24 Imst offers a holiday flat (approx. 90m², 3 bedrooms) on the ground floor of our two-family house with a separate entrance area and terrace. There is a seating area where you can relax.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is located next to the bathroom and there is an additional large washbasin. There is a washing machine in the hallway leading to the bathroom (free to use, no detergent provided).

Room 1 (approx. 16m²): bed (140cm) incl. bed linen, television, desk, chair and wardrobe.

Room 2 (approx. 15 m²): bed (180 cm) incl. bed linen, TV, desk, chair, bookshelf, large wardrobe, chest of drawers

Room 3 (approx. 20 m²): bed (140 cm) incl. bed linen, TV, desk, chair, large wardrobe, small sofa

In 2024, we decided to rent out the ground floor flat in our two-family house. The house was built in 1962 by Ella and Hans Trenkwalder and has been continuously enlarged and renovated over the generations. It has retained its charm and is located on a quiet residential street that leads to a popular walking path. We live here with our three children, Emma, Moritz and Klara, and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Our house is located on a very quiet and beautiful residential street. As Imst is not very big, almost everything is within 5-10 minutes' drive (shopping centre, cinema, climbing centre, petrol stations, mountain railways, ski area, summer toboggan run, tennis club, ...). At the same time, our house is about a 5-minute walk from public bus stops (e.g. ski and hiking buses). Languages spoken
