The apartment is located on Höhenweg in the Imst‑Sonnberg district, a quiet residential area above Imst. Its elevated position offers plenty of peace and is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Hiking, running and mountain bike trails as well as walking paths start in the immediate vicinity.

Leisure activities such as the Rosengarten Gorge, the Alpine Coaster, the Hoch‑Imst bathing lake and the hiking area around the Muttekopf can be reached on foot from the accommodation.

A bus stop nearby provides connections to the town centre of Imst and the Hoch‑Imst ski area.

Despite the quiet location, the centre of Imst as well as supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are only a few minutes’ drive away. Ski resorts such as Hochzeiger, Sölden or Serfaus‑Fiss‑Ladis are also suitable for day trips.
