The Anich apartment building is located at 850 metres above sea level in the Weinberg district, in a quiet cul-de-sac on a hillside facing south-west – around 2.5 kilometres from the centre of Imst and approximately 60 kilometres from Innsbruck. The building has two holiday apartments on three floors.
The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and active guests: the ski bus stop is only 150 metres away, the Hoch-Imst ski area is approx. 4.5 km away, and the Hochzeiger is approx. 18 km away. A ski school, ski lift, mountain railway and toboggan run are also approx. 4.5 km away. In summer, a natural swimming pond (3 km), the outdoor swimming pool (4 km) and excursion destinations such as Lake Piburg (20 km) invite you to visit.
Facilities include a ski room and a washing machine for shared use (for a fee). Access is via a mountain road. Parking for up to 3 cars is available directly on the property. The supermarket and railway station are within easy reach (supermarket 1.5 km, Imst railway station 5 km).
Local taxes must be paid on site. A final cleaning fee and/or deposit may be charged additionally, depending on the agreement. Please enquire about check-in/check-out times and house rules (smoking, pets, children, quiet hours) directly with the host in advance.
