The Bewitched Children's Trail

The educational witchcraft trail begins in Tarrenz above the parish church. Follow the well-signposted hiking trail along the various educational boards to the bridge over the Salvesenbach stream. After this bridge, follow the path uphill to a small wooden bridge and then turn left along the stream until you reach the spring. After the spring (a good place to rest), follow the forest path out of the valley to Tarrenz. On the way you can make a short detour to the witches' oven, just above the witches' nature trail. In the village follow the road to the right, over the Salvesenbach and then further right uphill to the parish church. A very nice and easy loop with 16 educational panels asking questions about nature and witches.
