Sonnengebet – Yoga am Speichersee Imst

At sunrise, we meet in Hoch-Imst, hike to the storage lake for a gentle yoga session amidst the Tyrolean mountains. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to have breakfast together at the U-Alm.
